Judge's Comment: Even though it's mostly vanilla, the added delays and unspent casings firing bullets look exrraordinairly fun.
The boltgun edit looks perfect, no bits are off and even though it's just an edit, it's a bloody nice one too!
It's not much more to say, except that the vanilla sounds and sprites fit right into vanilla!

Mod Mechanics
First impressions were that it is a simple but fun mod.
The effects and drawbacks of the guns are cool, in some cases gimmicky, but not always obvious.
Offsets are far from perfect, but not bad.
There are descriptions for all guns which is always nice, and the guns don't take up a lot of room in the buy menu.
His Lua is functional, and without issue, though his use of spaces instead of tabs in two of the scripts annoyed me slightly. :P
It isn't anything amazing, though it is used where it needs to be, and he doesn't have any redundant code.
Most of his weapons referenced various vanilla .rtes, namely Undead, Ronin, and Coalition. (Obviously Base.rte as well.)
Several of his weapon mags had both GibWoundLimits and gibs defined, despite being GetsHitByMOs = 0.
There were a lot of unnecessary comments throughout, and though the file size impact is negligible, it makes the ini slightly less elegant.
The BARGAIN ARMS.png included seems unnecessary, and serves only to bloat file size.

Pros:
- Lots of cool script usage and original ideas.
- Trying to kill someone with the Bak and the Bargain homing missle launcher was pretty fun.
- The Missile launcher has a distinct smooth flow to it.
- Ubar cannon with bouncing rounds, freakin awesome.
- Bargain pop was just fun to use.
Cons:
- Bargain maker, Sten gun and Bargain Boltgun is just cheap inaccurate guns, nothing really cool about them
- Blazer rifle, has 10 less rounds per clip, and doesnt do anything special, another bleh
Comments: I don't understand why you would bother to put the guns that
didn't do anything cool in there, they just kinda were...
there and trying those kind of put people off form trying the better ones.

Gameplay
This collection of impractical weaponry is a realistic representation of what could go wrong, will go wrong. The uniqueness of each weapon makes this a wonderful standalone mod, very separate from vanilla, though a clever bug implemented in each one.
